Frankly, I’m a little worried for Michael Moore, but he didn’t rank in the top four. If those toddlers would just use the flame throwers on Wolf’s beard, he wouldn’t need to use “Just for Men.” That would give Iowa some time to build up a defense.

Michael Moore’s weight (I really don’t want to lose a funny polemicist).
Toddlers sacking Iowa (but has this already happened, and it’s just no-one’s heard about it yet? 😉
Wolf’s beard; Either shave it or style it man!
I don’t have a 4th joke option, and the serious issues don’t affect me, what with not actually being in the USA and all.

[…] Let me say first, I am totally in the tank for primary care. Kevin, MD and I don’t see eye to eye on… anything? But I agree with him that primary care needs a lot more support. I think that inevitably means spending a bit more up front, but Kevin might argue that cutting costs is more important. Point is, that’s an argument about means, not ends. Meanwhile, Dr. Rob has been just tops about reaching out for comment and dialogue. If you haven’t already, go vote in his poll. […]
